Welcome to SADA Video Teleprompter. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our application on iOS (iPhone, iPad) or Android devices.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

At SADA, we respect your privacy. We do not collect, store, transmit, or have access to your personal creative content, including:

  • Teleprompter scripts or text documents
  • Recorded videos or audio files
  • Facial data, camera feed, or microphone audio

All content created within the SADA app is stored locally on your device. We do not use cloud storage or remote servers to store user content.

We also do not directly collect personal information such as your name or email address.

2. Analytics and Tracking

SADA does not use third-party analytics or advertising tracking tools. The app does not track user behavior for marketing purposes.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

SADA offers optional premium features ("SADA Pro") via In-App Purchases. All payment processing is handled by the platform you use:

  • iOS (iPhone & iPad): All payments, subscriptions, and trials are processed securely by Apple Inc. via your Apple Account. We do not collect or store any payment information.
  • Android: All payments, subscriptions, and trials are processed securely by Google LLC via your Google Play Account. We do not collect or store any payment information.

In both cases, subscription management and cancellation is handled directly through your device's app store settings.

4. SADA Remote (Local Network)

SADA Remote allows you to control the app from a browser on the same local Wi-Fi network. This feature operates entirely on your local network — no data is transmitted to external servers. SADA Remote does not require an internet connection and does not send any information outside your local network.

5. Device Permissions

SADA requests the following device permissions to provide its features:

  • Camera: Required to display the camera feed and record video.
  • Microphone: Required for video recording and optional voice-tracked scrolling.
  • Photo Library / Media Access: Required to save recorded videos to your device.
  • Speech Recognition (optional): Used locally on-device for voice-tracked scrolling. No audio is transmitted externally.
  • Local Network (iOS): Required for SADA Remote to function over Wi-Fi.

You can revoke any permission at any time through your device settings.

6. Children's Privacy

SADA is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
